- 1 medium cabbage,
- 3 tablespoons lard,
- a few pepper Berries,
- 3-4 tomatoes,
- salt
Directions
- Julienne the cabbage and rub some salt in.
- Melt the lard and then set the cabbage to fry, stirring continuously and adding a little water every now and then.
- When the cabbage is almost done, add pepper, peeled and thinly sliced tomatoes, mix well and simmer until there is almost no liquid left.
- Serve as a side dish
