Timp de pregatire: 5 min.
Timp de fiert: 10 min.
Ingrediente:
* 50 g margarinat
* 1 ceapa, taiata julien
* 200 ml concentrat vegetal
* 500 g mazare
* 300 g sparanghel
* 300 g fasole verde
Mod de preparare:
Incingeti untul intr-un vas si caliti ceapa timp de 5 minute. Adaugati concentratul si dupa ce incepe sa fiarba adaugati legumele.
Lasati sa fiarba la foc mic timp de 5 minute, amestecand din cand in cand, pana cand lichidul se reduce la jumatate.
Potriviti de sare si piper si serviti.
